摘  要:鉴于铸轧生产中铸嘴对铝箔坯料质量的重要影响,主要分析了铸嘴对晶粒度、外观质量及板面质量的影响。通过分析发现若铸嘴分流块设计不当,不仅会造成同一板面晶粒不均,而且会导致诸如热带、裂边过大、黑条等质量缺陷产生;耳子设计不当,容易造成边部裂纹。在制作铸嘴时,建议铸嘴上下嘴扇错开2~3 cm,以减少上、下表面接触到辊面的时间差;合理分配分流块的位置,做到流场、温度场基本均匀;避免或者减小耳子的摩擦力,减少裂边缺陷的出现。通过合理制作铸嘴,达到了改善铸轧产品质量的目的。In view of the importance of casting nozzle to aluminum foil blank in casting and rolling production,the influence of casting nozzle on grain size,appearance quality and plate surface quality.Through analysis is mainly analyzed in this paper.It is found that improper design of casting nozzle diversion block not only causes uneven grain size on the same plate,but also causes quality defects such as hot strip etc.;improper design of ear can easily cause edge cracks.Through the analysis,it is suggested that the upper and lower nozzle fans should be staggered 2~3 cm to reduce the time difference between the upper and lower surfaces contacting the roller surface;the location of the splitter block should be reasonably distributed to make the flow field and temperature field basically uniform;the friction force of the ear should be avoided or reduced to reduce the occurrence of crack edge defects.In order to improve the quality of casting and rolling products,reasonable casting nozzle was made.
