假芯头在铝挤压分流模中的应用

摘　　要：假芯头在分流模上有着类似于芯头的结构,本身不参与型材的空腔成型,但却是许多模具设计人员在设计实践中经常使用的手段。主要分析了假芯头在伪分流模以及常规分流模上的应用场合及设计理念。假芯头通过遮挡悬臂、与下模嵌入式配合、与下模搭接密封、作为长跨距分流桥的支撑等形式参与型材成型,在保证型材总体成型质量、防止模具失效等方面发挥了重要作用。The fake mandrel has a structure similar to the mandrel on the shunt die.It does not participate in the cavity forming of the profile itself,but it is often used by many die designers in design practice.This paper mainly introduces the application and design concept of the fake mandrel on the fake shunt die and the conventional shunt die.The fake mandrel is involved in profile forming by shielding the cantilever,matching with the lower die embedded,lap sealing with the lower die,as the support of the long span shitter bridge and so on,which plays an important role in ensuring the overall profile forming quality and preventing the failure of the die.
