摘　　要：在对铝板带进行静电涂油的过程中,静电涂油机对油品的黏度、电导率等性能指标较为敏感。应用静电涂油基本理论,分析了预涂油在高压电场的雾化机理,并结合多年涂油机管理与维护经验对涂油机的参数设定进行了不断优化,实现了不同油品在同一台涂油机上的稳定涂油。In the process of electrostatic oiling of aluminum strip,the electro-static oiler is more sensitive to oil viscosity,conductivity and other performance indicators.In this study,the basic theory of electro-static oiler was applied to analyze the atomization mechanism of pre-oiling in high voltage electric field.Combined with years of operation and maintenance experience of electro-static oiler,the parameter setting of electro-static oiler was continuously optimized to realize the stable oiling of different oil products on the same oiling machine.
