摘　　要：北部湾经济区在推动构建新发展格局实现高质量发展方面具有独特区位优势,以及丰富的资源优势和多重叠加的政策优势,同时也面临着产业链供应链不稳定、人才支撑不足等挑战;要以西部陆海新通道建设为牵、以打造具有竞争力的产业链为支撑、以改革创新为抓手、以人才建设为保障,推动构建双循环新发展格局,实现北部湾经济区高质量发展。The Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has unique geographical advantages,rich resource advantages and multiple overlapping policy advantages in promoting the construction of new development formats to achieve high-quality development.Meanwhile,it also faces challenges such as unstable industrial chain and supply chain and insufficient talent support.We need to build a new land-sea corridor in the western part of the country,build a competitive sea-going industrial chain,focus on reform and innovation,and guarantee human resources development to build a high-quality sea-going road and a new two-cycle development pattern.
