摘 要:以不同质量分数的SiO_(2)和不同摩尔质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)通过声化学方法制备了剪切增稠液体(Shear Thickening Fluid,STF),并将其浸渍到芳纶织物制成了STF-芳纶复合材料,研究了这种复合材料的动静态防刺性能和柔韧性,并与纯芳纶织物性能进行了对比.通过对比不同配比SiO_(2)和PEG制备的STF可知,随着SiO_(2)颗粒质量分数的增加,颗粒间的作用力增强,摩擦力增大,故STF的剪切增稠能力明显增强,并且SiO_(2)颗粒质量分数越高STF的剪切增稠能力越高.在静态防刺性能测试中,在SiO_(2)颗粒质量分数相同的条件下,用摩尔质量为200 g/mol的PEG时,芳纶织物的静态防刺性能好于其他摩尔质量的STF.在柔韧性测试中,所制芳纶织物的弯曲度随着SiO_(2)质量分数和PEG摩尔质量的增加而减小.Shear thickening fluid was prepared by sonochemical method mixing SiO_(2) with different mass fraction and polyethylene glycol(PEG)with different molar mass,and then impregnated into aramid fiber to make STF-aramid composite.The dynamic and static stab resistance and flexibility of the composite were studied and compared with pure aramid fabric.Compared STF of different proportion of SiO_(2) to PEG,the results show that with the increase of SiO_(2) mass fraction,the force between particles increased,and the friction between particles also increased,so the shear thickening ability of STF was obviously enhanced,and it was more obvious at higher SiO_(2) mass fraction.In the static stab resistance test,STF-aramid composite containing PEG with molar mass of 200 g/mol had better stab resistance than PEG with other molar mass under the same mass fraction of SiO_(2) particles.In the flexibility test,the bending angle of STF-aramid fiber decreased with the increase of SiO_(2) mass fraction and PEG molar mass.
