摘  要:采用2-氰基吡啶为主要原料,经过水解,直接络合得到吡啶-2-羧酸铬。确定了络合反应的物质的量比,n (吡啶-2-羧酸)∶n (三氯化铬)=1.01∶1,回流反应,络合pH在5~7。产品质量分数达到99.7%(HPLC)以上。以2-氰基吡啶计,吡啶-2-羧酸铬收率99%。该工艺不需提取吡啶-2-羧酸中间体,反应液直接络合,缩短了制备流程,工艺条件稳定可控,产品质量达到国内先进水平。Pyridine-2-carboxylate chromium is directly synthesized by the hydrolysis of 2-cyanopyridine. The product content reaches99. 7%( HPLC) above when the molar ratio of pyridine-2-carboxylic acid to chromium trichloride is 1. 01: 1 and p H is 5 ~ 7 at reflux reaction. As measured by 2-cyanopyridine,the yield of pyridine-2-carboxylate chromium is 99%. The process does not need to extract the intermediate of pyridine-2-carboxylic acid through the reaction solution is directly complexed. The preparation process is shortened,and the process condition are stable and controllable. Importantly the product quality reaches the domestic advanced level.
