摘　　要：茂名分公司的常减压装置配炼南帕斯凝析油,导致蒸馏装置初顶石脑油硫含量增高。将常减压初顶石脑油进入1号加氢进行掺炼,脱除硫,以满足乙烯原料要求。在掺炼初顶油后,对1号加氢的压缩机能力、泵、塔、换热器、仪表、管线进行了核算,并提出了整改建议,解决了现有装置存在的问题,也降低了初顶油去乙烯裂解装置石脑油含硫量高的问题。The refining of South Perth condensate in atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit of Maoming Branch led to the increase of sulfur content in Naphtha at the primary head of the distillation unit,the capacity of compressor,pump,tower,heat exchanger,instrument and pipeline of No. 1 hydrotreating unit were checked after mixing top oil from the beginning of refining,the problem of high sulfur content in Naphtha in deethene cracking unit with initial top oil is also reduced.
