摘　　要：介绍了目前国内外饲料级磷酸氢钙生产中湿法磷酸脱氟的工艺,建议根据原料磷酸中铝离子含量选择合理的脱氟工艺,磷酸中w(Al)≤1%,可用钾钠盐脱氟;若w(Al)> 1%,则建议用钠盐、钙盐两步法脱氟。在达到饲钙对磷酸脱氟要求(m(P2O5)/m(F)≥230)的前提下,尽可能获得较高的磷收率及较低的脱氟净化运行成本。Synthesizes the narration at present in the domestic feed level calcium hydrogen phosphate production the aqueous method phosphoric acid defluorinate process,in the suggestion basis raw material phosphonic acid the aluminum ion content choice reasonable defluorinate proces.
