摘 要:基于虚拟温度法的换热网络综合设计基础上,研究了内部换热网络的结构。在对温差贡献之前,按照其相关物流温差贡献数值对其虚拟温度进行了相应的计算,对于物流中虚拟温度设计换热网络进行了充分利用,使得所设计的换热网络性能更好。For the existing heat transfer coefficient,people mainly understand and pay more attention to factors such as the heat transfer coefficient and the influence on the heat exchange network in the current heat exchange network.In practical applications,the logistics heat transfer film coefficient There will be a big difference with the unit area,which affects the design of the network.Therefore,it is necessary to change some existing design methods.In this context,based on the comprehensive design of the heat exchange network based on the virtual temperature method,the structure of the internal heat exchange network is studied.Before contributing to the temperature difference,the virtual temperature is calculated correspondingly according to the relevant logistics temperature difference contribution value.Make full use of the virtual temperature design heat exchange network in dry logistics to make the designed heat exchange network perform better.
