摘　　要：卧式三相分离器是油田地面工程中重要的工业设备之一,预测其在不同强度地震作用下的破坏模式和破坏等级对油田防灾减灾工作具有十分重大的现实意义。本研究基于震害经验和可靠度理论,考虑多种破坏模式,参考工业设施破坏等级的确定方法,给出了三相分离器对应不同破坏模式的破坏等级划分方法以及三项分离器综合破坏等级划分方法。结合实例,采用有限元软件ADINA建立了考虑流固耦合效应的有限元模型进行弹塑性地震响应时程分析,提取目标参数进行了三相分离器的震害预测工作。本研究可为卧式三相分离器等油田卧式设备的地震灾害风险排查工作提供借鉴。Horizontal three-phase separator is one kind of the important industrial equipments in oil field ground engineering.And it is of great practical significance to predict the failure mode and damage degree of horizontal three-phase separator under different earthquake intensity.Basing on the earthquake damage experience and the theory of reliability,considering multiple failure modes,referring to the classification of earthquake damage to industrial equipment,the damage degree classification method of three-phase separator corresponding to different failure modes and the comprehensive damage degree classification method of three-phase separator are given.Combined with an example,the finite element model considering fluid-structure coupling effect is established by using the finite element software ADINA,and the time history analysis of elastic-plastic seismic response is carried out.The target parameters are extracted and the seismic disaster prediction of three-phase separator is carried out.This study can provide reference for seismic disaster risk investigation of horizontal equipment such as three-phase separator.
