摘 要:为量化评估加固前后结构的可恢复能力及其投资与效益关系,文中结合不同柱端弯矩增大系数ηc的RC框架采用防屈曲约束支撑加固的工程应用,系统的给出可恢复性评价以及加固效益评估理论体系。采用蒙特卡罗方法,在考虑RC框架剩余功能、恢复函数形式、恢复时间以及地震动不确定性的基础上得到加固前后结构可恢复性指标。结合结构的损失提出加固效益指标计算方法,基于该指标评价加固方法在服役期内的经济效益。研究结果表明:在相同地震动强度下,ηc越大,结构可恢复水平越高;随着地震动强度增大,结构可恢复能力先缓慢下降后快速下降;加固后结构可恢复性显著提高,且地震动强度越大,结构可恢复性相对增长率越大;在相同服役年限内,ηc越大,加固的经济效益越明显;结构服役年限越长,加固的性价比越高。In order to quantitatively evaluate the resilience of structures before and after retrofit and the relationship between investment and benefit,this study developed a method by investigating the buckling restrained brace retrofitted RC frames with different column overdesign factorsηc to evaluate the structure resilience and retrofit benefit.The Monte Carlo method was used to obtain the structural resilience before and after retrofit on the basis of considering the uncertainty of the remaining functionality,the form of the recovery function,the recovery time and the ground motion.Combining the structural loss,a calculation method for the retrofit benefit index was proposed,and the economic benefits of the retrofit method during the service period were evaluated based on this index.The research results showed that:the structure resilience increased with an increasingηc under the same ground motion intensity;with the increasing intensity of ground motion,the structure resilience decreased slowly at first and then decreased rapidly;the structure resilience was significantly improved after retrofit,and its relative improvement rate increased as the ground motion intensity increased;within the same service period,the largerηc,the better economic benefit of the retrofit;the longer service period,the higher cost performance of the retrofit.
