博落回注射液中博落回生物碱的显色鉴别探讨

摘　　要：以《兽药质量标准》中对博落回注射液【鉴别】(1)项和《兽药质量标准汇编》中对博落回提取物【鉴别】(1)项中的方法为参考,考察博落回注射液中博落回生物碱在不同显色条件下的显色情况。结果表明,依据兽药质量标准要求进行显色鉴别时,即当博落回注射液用变色酸试液进行显色,生物碱与变色酸钠质量比为1∶0.005时,不能显紫色。当加入的博落回注射液中生物碱与变色酸钠的质量比为1∶1时,博落回注射液可以显紫色。由此说明,按照兽药质量标准鉴别方法对博落回注射液进行显色鉴别时很难得到紫色,应加大变色酸试液的用量。可以考虑变色酸钠替换变色酸直接用于博落回注射液的鉴别试剂。The color development of Macleaya Coadata alkaloids in the Macleaya Coadata Injection under different color development conditions was investigated with the methods of the Macleaya Coadata Injection [identification]( 1) in Veterinary Drug Quality Standards and Macleaya Coadata extract [identification]( 1) in Veterinary Drug Quality Standards Compilation as reference. The test results showed that when the coloration identification was carried out according to the requirements of veterinary drug quality standards,namely,when the coloration of the Macleaya Coadata Injection was carried out with chromotropic acid test solution and the mass ratio of alkaloids to chromotropic sodium was 1:0. 005,the coloration could not be purple. When the mass ratio of alkaloid in the added Macleaya Coadata Injection to sodium chromochromic acid was 1: 1,the identification of the Macleaya Coadata Injection can be purple. Therefore,it can be concluded that the purple color required by the standard was difficult to obtain when the coloration identification of the Macleaya Coadata Injection was carried out according to the quality standard of veterinary drugs. When the alkaloids contained in the Macleaya Coadata Injection are identified by chromotropic acid test solution,the dosage of chromotropic acid test solution should be increased. At the same time,the Macleaya Coadata Injection can be considered to use sodium metachromate as the identification reagent,which can achieve purple coloration results.
