摘　　要：运用构象分析的方法,以乳酸、酒石酸内消旋体及二取代环己烷等物质为例,分析了其构型、构象和对映异构等学生易模糊的立体化学问题,针对旋光异构体平面分析和构象分析的一致性进行了探讨,验证了Fischer投影式分析的优越性。By applying the method of the conformational analysis,this paper by using examples of lactic acid,tartaric acid and substituted cyclohexanes with different functional groups,examines some stereochemistry problems puzzling to students,such as the configuration,conformation and enantiomorphism isomers,and then discusses the consistency between plane analysis and conformational analysis of optical isomers,proves the superiority of Fischer formulas.
