摘 要:受IMO硫含量新政策的影响,2020年的船用柴油和低硫燃料油的实际需求量大幅度增加,而高硫燃料油的实际需求量却降到最低点。船用燃料油的质量得到了有效升级,这对全球炼油行业的发展造成了非常深远的影响。应对IMO硫含量新规的具体方案,提供参与深入阐述了船用燃料油质量升级对炼油行业的作用,为炼油行业的可持续发展。Under the impact of the new IMO policy,the actual demand for Marine diesel and low-sulfur fuel oil will increase greatly in 2020,but the actual demand for high-sulfur fuel oil will drop to the lowest point,and the quality of Marine fuel oil will be effectively upgraded,which has a very profound impact on the development of the global refining industry. This paper mainly analyzes the specific plan to deal with the new IMO sulfur content regulation,and elaborates the effect of Marine fuel oil quality upgrade on the refining industry,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the refining industry.
