摘 要:某沿海660 MW超临界机组6号低压加热器疏水运行不畅,影响机组热效率。运用AFT Fathom软件对疏水管道系统进行了水利分析,系统设计满足要求,没有任何流体流动受阻的提示。通过对疏水管道逐个节点分析发现管道内空气集聚阻塞了疏水通道,导致低压加热器内疏水液位升高,引起危急疏水调节阀开启。针对6号低压加热器疏水不畅的原因,提出了解决方案,改造后疏水系统运行良好。The drain from LP feedwater heater No. 6 in one coastal 660 MW supercritical power plant did not working well,the heat efficiency was impacted. No problem was detected in AFT Fathom. Analyzing the pressure of each key point of the heater drain piping,found that the air accumulation inside the pipe caused the block,thus the water level in the heater continued to increase and the emergency control valve opened.The solution was come up as per the root cause and the heater drain system running well after modification.
