摘　　要：支气管哮喘是一种难治性疾病,迄今发病机制尚不清楚。研究发现,肠道菌群失调与支气管哮喘的发病密切相关,通过调节肠道菌群可起到治疗作用。肠道菌群与中医“脾”的生理功能密切相关,运用健脾法治疗支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效,但相关机制尚不明确。本文从支气管哮喘与肠道菌群、脾虚证与肠道菌群失调相关性的研究现状进行梳理,以期为相关治疗提供新的研究途径。Bronchial asthma is a refractory disease,and so far the pathogenesis is unclear.It is found that intestinal flora imbalance is closely related to the pathogenesis,and it can play a therapeutic role by regulating the intestinal flora.Intestinal flora is closely related to the physiological function of“spleen”in TCM theory.The method of invigorating the spleen has good clinical efficacy in treating bronchial asthma,but the mechanism is not clear.This article summarized the current research status of the relationship between bronchial asthma and intestinal flora,spleen deficiency syndrome and intestinal flora imbalance,in order to provide a new approach for the treatment of bronchial asthma.
