健脾理气法调治肾癌靶向药物不良反应临床体会

摘　　要：靶向药物是目前治疗转移性肾癌的主要方法,但其所引起的高血压、疲劳、手足皮肤反应、胃肠道症状、血液毒性及口腔不良反应等影响患者生活质量,甚者亟需停止治疗;另外,常规对症治疗涉及多类药物联合使用,增加患者负担。中医辨治可改善靶向药物不良反应,延长靶向治疗用药时间,减少用药种类,提高患者生活质量。本文介绍健脾理气法调治肾癌靶向药物不良反应临床体会。Targeted drugs are currently the main method for the treatment of metastatic renal cell cancer,but the high blood pressure,fatigue,hand-foot skin reactions,gastrointestinal symptoms,blood toxicity and oral adverse reactions caused by them affect the quality of life of patients,and the patients even urgently need to cease their treatment.In addition,routine symptomatic treatment involves the combined use of multiple types of drugs,which increases the burden on patients.Syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM can improve the adverse reactions of targeted drugs,prolong the time of targeted therapy,reduce the types of medications,and improve the quality of life of patients.This article introduces the experience in regulating adverse reaction of targeted drugs for renal cell cancer by strengthening spleen and regulating qi method.
