摘　　要：原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是具有出血倾向的自身免疫性疾病。阴火是由于脾胃失调,元气衰弱,引起气火失调、营血不足所致。本文通过分析阴火病机与慢性期ITP发病机制的密切关系,认为阴火使血中伏火,瘀阻脉络,迫血妄行而见出血,法当补脾胃、升阳气、泻阴火,采用自拟方治疗获得满意疗效,并附验案加以佐证。Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an autoimmune disease with bleeding tendency.Yin-fire is caused by spleen-stomach disorder and weak vitality,which would further lead to qi-fire disorder and blood deficiency.This article analyzed the close relationship between pathogenesis of yin-fire and that of ITP in the chronic phase.It is believed that yin-fire can cause blood to converge on fire,stasis to block the meridians,and force blood to move rashly and cause bleeding.Therefore,the treatment should be tonifying spleen and stomach,raising yang-qi,relieving yin-fire,and using self-made prescription treatment to obtain satisfactory curative effect,with a case to prove the efficacy.
