合肥市院前急性酒精中毒患者的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析合肥市院前急性酒精中毒的患者特点,为优化院前急救资源利用提供理论数据。方法:收集2019年1月1日-12月31日市急救中心患者资料,对急性酒精中毒患者的性别、年龄、急救资源占比、并发症、空车量、欠费率和空车率进行回顾性分析。结果:急性酒精中毒患者位居院前疾病分布第四位;对急救资源占用有一定的规律性,最高峰在23:00-23:59,最低谷在8:00-8:59;工作日(除周五)人均接诊量均低于周五、周六、周日,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而与节假日比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);急性酒精中毒的欠费率、空车率均高于急性创伤、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:急性酒精中毒以晚间、周末高发,应加强酒精中毒的危害宣传,合理使用有限的急救资源,对恶意欠费者应纳入个人征信。Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital acute alcoholism in Hefei and provide theoretical data and methods for optimizing pre-hospital emergency resources.Methods:The data of first-aid patients in our center from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were collected,and the gender,age,proportion of first-aid resources,complications,number of empty cars,arrears rate and empty car rate of patients with acute alcoholism were retrospectively analyzed,objective to understand the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital patients with acute alcohol.Result:Patients with acute alcoholism ranked the fourth in the distribution of pre-hospital diseases;There is a certain regularity in the occupation of emergency resources,the peak is from 23:00 to 23:59,and the lowest is from 8:00 to 8:59;The average number of patients received on weekdays(except Friday)was lower than that on Friday,Saturday and Sunday(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with holidays(P>0.05);The rates of arrearage and empty car of acute alcoholism were higher than those of acute trauma,nervous system disease and circulatory system disease(all P<0.05).Conclusion:We should strengthen the publicity of the harm of alcoholism,use the limited emergency resources reasonably,and include the malicious arrears into the personal credit information.
