自体富血小板凝胶联合臭氧对糖尿病足的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体富血小板凝胶联合臭氧大自血疗法对糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法:选取在某科住院治疗的96例糖尿病足患者,对照组48例,实验组48例,对照组患者予以内外科基础治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上增加富血小板凝胶换药及臭氧大自血疗法。治疗前后对患者皮温、VAS、ABI、Wagner分级、TCSS等指标进行评定。结果:治疗后两组患者皮温、VAS、ABI均有所改善,实验组改善程度更为明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组大部分患者均有明显好转且达到了Wagner分级0级(两组0级患者对比,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者所有TCSS指标均有所改善,实验组改善程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:自体富血小板凝胶联合臭氧大自血能有效提高糖尿病足溃疡患者的临床疗效。Objective:To explore the Clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich blood plasma gel combined with Ozone Autohemotherapy in patients with diabetic foot.Methods:96 patients with diabetic foot were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and experimental group(48 cases).The control group was treated with basic medical treatment.Autologous platelet-rich blood plasma gel and ozone autohemotherapy were added to the experimental group.The skin temperature,visual analogue scale,ankle-branchial index,Wagner classification,diabetic peripheral neuropathy were measured before and after treatment.Results:Compared with control group,the skin temperature,visual analogue scale and ankle-branchial index were superior(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Wagner classification in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCSS index in the experimental group was also superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autologous platelet-rich blood plasma gel combined with ozone autohemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic foot.
