急性白血病患者化疗后并发肺部感染的护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性白血病患者化疗预防肺部感染的不同护理措施的应用效果,为临床提供护理策略。方法:选取某医院血液科收治的130例急性白血病患者,随机分为观察组(专业化护理组)68例和对照组(基础护理组)62例,比较两组患者肺部感染情况。结果:观察组患者肺部感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性白血病化疗后患者实施专业化护理措施,能够减少肺部感染发生,有助于疾病治疗。Objective:To discuss different nursing measures for patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.To provide strategies for clinical nursing.Method:A total of 130 acute leukemia patients admitted to the Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(professional nursing group,68 cases)and control group(basic nursing group,62 cases).Pulmonary infections in two groups were counted.Results:The incidence of pulmonary infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professional nursing measures for patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection,and it is helpful to disease treatment.
