循证护理在糖尿病足的应用对血糖与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理管理模式在糖尿病足患者中的应用对其血糖、生活质量(SF-36)的影响。方法:选取医院收治的88例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,采用“单双号分组”法分对照组(44例)和观察组(44例),对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用循证护理干预,对比两组患者的血糖改善情况以及生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者的FBG、2 h PG以及HbA1c低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理管理模式在糖尿病足患者中的应用效果显著,它在改善患者的血糖水平的基础上,还能够提升患者的生活质量,适合在临床进行开展和推广。Objective:To analysis and discussion on evidence-based nursing management mode application in the patients with diabetic foot on the blood sugar,the influence of the quality of life(SF-36).Methods:88 cases of diabetic foot patients as the research object,using the"group".The method points and the control group of 44 cases,observation group of 44 cases,control group using conventional care method,observation group with evidence-based nursing intervention,compared two groups of blood sugar to improve the situation and improve the quality of life.Results:the observation group of FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c is lower than the control group,SF-36 score higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:evidence-based nursing management mode application in the patients with diabetic foot,can not only improve the patient's blood sugar levels and can greatly improve the quality of life of patients,suitable to carry out and popularize in clinical.
