田丽颖主任治疗多囊卵巢综合征经验探析

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征临床表现为月经紊乱、闭经、肥胖、毛发旺盛和卵巢形态改变等,一定程度上影响当代女性生殖健康。田丽颖主任从肾虚冲任失调、脾虚肝瘀等基本病因病机出发,运用补肾健脾祛瘀汤,必要时加用“调和冲任”针灸法治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致的月经后期,调和患者气血、使其月经恢复正常,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。The clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome are menstrual disorders,amenorrhea,obesity,hair exuberance and changes in ovarian morphology,which affect the reproductive health of contemporary women to a certain extent.Director Tian Liying from the kidney false flush disorder-based,involving spleen false liver and other basic etymology machine,the use of renal spleen soup,if necessary,with the use of conjugation and injection method to treat polycystic ovary syndrome caused by late menstruation,to reconcile the patient's gas and blood,so that menstruation returned to normal,the efficacy is certain,worthy of clinical promotion.
