术中用药的智能化管理在剖宫产手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨术中用药的智能化管理在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法:将医院2020年11月-12月收治的40例剖宫产手术患者作为观察组,术中用药采用智能化管理模式,将2020年9月-10月收治的40例剖宫产手术患者为对照组,采用传统术中用药管理模式。两组患者术中均使用抗生素和缩宫素等药物,比较两组患者术中用药管理的效果。结果:观察组手术室护士、病房护士、手术医生和患者家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组参与药物管理人员数明显少于对照组;观察组药物冷链断链时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术中用药的智能化管理在剖宫产手术中应用效果显著,建议推广使用。Objective:To explore the application effect of the intelligent management of intraoperative medications in cesarean section surgery.Method:40 cases of cesarean section surgery patients in hospital from November to December 2020 were taken as the observation group.Intraoperative medications were used in an intelligent management mode.Forty patients undergoing cesarean section from September to October 2020 were used as the control group,and the traditional intraoperative drug management model was used for comparison.Both groups of patients used antibiotics and oxytocin and other drugs during the operation.Result:The results of the observation group's operating room nurses,ward nurses,surgeons,and patients'family members were more satisfying than the control group(P<0.05);the number of drug management personnel in the observation group was 1 person,which was significantly less than 4.5 in the control group(P<0.05);the drug cold chain in the observation group was broken The chain time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent management of intraoperative medication is effective in cesarean section,and it is recommended to be popularized.
