新型下肢康复器在重症脑卒中患者早期下肢康复锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型下肢康复锻炼辅助器在重症脑卒中患者早期下肢康复锻炼中的临床应用效果。方法:将30例重症卒中的患者分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用新型康复锻炼辅助器早期进行下肢肢体功能训练。采用简易Fugl-Meyer评定法评定治疗前后下肢运动功能水平;测量护士在为患者进行被动功能锻炼后的疲劳程度。结果:治疗前两组患者FMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者FMA得分均提高,较治疗前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后得分及两组护士疲劳程度测定差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症卒中患者早期使用新型下肢康复锻炼辅助器有助于改善患者下肢功能,有效降低护士的疲劳程度,且操作方便、安全有效。Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of a new type of lower limb rehabilitation exercise assistant in early lower limb rehabilitation exercise of patients with severe stroke.Methods:30 patients with severe stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given new rehabilitation exercise aids on the basis of conventional treatment for early lower limb function training.Simple Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)was used to evaluate the motor function of lower limbs before and after treatment.We also measured the fatigue degree of nurses after passive functional exercise.Results:There was no significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of the two groups were improved,which had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference of FMA scores after treatment and the fatigue degree of nurses between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early use of the new type of lower limb rehabilitation exercise aid for patients with severe stroke is helpful to improve the lower limb function of patients,reduce the fatigue degree of nurses effectively,and the operation is convenient,safe and effective.
