摘　　要：目的:了解合肥市社区居民健康素养水平并探讨其影响因素,从而为后期健康教育干预提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样法,抽取合肥市4个行政区中8个社区内2019名15~69岁居民,采用一般情况调查表、居民突发公共卫生事件健康素养自评量表进行调查。结果:社区居民健康素养总分为(124.10±14.69)分,单因素方差分析,显示不同年龄、学历、人均月收入、职业以及是否接受过健康知识普及和技能指导、居民健康素养得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元Logistic回归显示,是否接受过健康知识普及和技能指导是社区居民健康素养的主要影响因素。结论:社区居民健康素养呈中等水平,应加强居民健康知识普及和技能培训,重视社区健康教育。Objective:To understand the health literacy level of residents in public health emergencies under the new coronary pneumonia epidemic and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for later health education interventions.Methods:Using a multi-stage stratified sampling method,a total of 2019 residents aged 15-69 years in 8 communities in 4 administrative districts of Hefei City were selected.The general situation questionnaire and the health literacy questionnaire for residents'public health emergencies were used for investigation.The general situation questionnaire and the health literacy questionnaire for residents'public health emergencies were used for investigation.Results:The total score of residents'public health emergencies was(124.10±14.69).Single-factor analysis of variance,showing different ages,educational backgrounds,per capita monthly income,occupation,and whether health knowledge has been popularized and whether Residents of health skill guidance differed in theirhealth literacy scores(all P<0.05);multiple logistic regression showed that whether they had received health knowledge popularization and health skill guidance was the main influencing factor for residents’public health emergencies.Conclusion:The health literacy of residents in public health emergencies is at the upper middle level.At the same time,residents should be strengthened in popularizing health knowledge and guiding health skills to promote their health skills and the formation of healthy behaviors.
