摘　　要：从云南山地梯田地区元阳哈尼传统民居的建造体系入手,分析地域建造技术的优势和不足,进而寻找针对传统建造技术的可持续性替代技术。通过将地方建造特色与当代技术相结合,提出局部更新替换技术,并从支撑要素更新、围护要素更新、抗震加固三个方面探究了局部更新替换技术在元阳哈尼传统民居更新中的具体操作方法。研究对传统村落建筑的有机更新具有指导意义,在地域建造系统的保护性延续方面也具有应用价值。This paper starts with the construction system of traditional Ha’ni folk dwellings in Yuanyang in the mountainous terrace area,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of regional construction technology.It then explores a sustainable alternative technology to the traditional construction technology.The study combines local construction features with contemporary technology,puts forward partial replacement technology and explores the specific operation methods of partial replacement technology in the renovation of Ha’ni traditional folk dwellings in Yuanyang from three aspects,namely,updating of supporting factors,updating of envelope elements and seismic reinforcement.It has guiding significance for the organic regeneration of traditional folk dwellings,and also has application value in the protective continuation of regional construction system.
