摘 要:射孔套管在油气开采中承受拉力、弯矩、压力以及温度载荷,需要多次迭代才能得到其极限承载力,尤其在考虑材料塑性、大变形等非线性以及载荷联合作用时,需要消耗大量人工及精力用于载荷的调整。基于Python和ABAQUS二次开发,建立一套射孔套管极限承载力计算方法。通过Python编程调用由ABAQUS建立的射孔套管数值模型,计算特定载荷作用下的结构响应,基于屈服强度确定结构极限承载力,通过迭代得到射孔套管对应的极限承载力。该二次开发方法确定了射孔套管极限拉力、极限压力、极限弯矩以及多种载荷联合作用下的极限承载力,为材料、几何尺寸、射孔布置等参数的优化提供了有力工具。Perforated casing bears tensile force,bending moment,pressure and temperature load,so it needs several iterations to get its ultimate bearing capacity.Especially when considering the nonlinearity of material plasticity,large deformation and the combined action of loads,a lot of labor is needed for load adjustment.Based on the secondary development of Python and ABAQUS,a set of calculation method for the ultimate bearing capacity of perforated casing is established.The numerical model of perforated casing established by ABAQUS is called by Python programming to calculate the structural response under specific load.The ultimate bearing capacity of the structure is determined based on the yield strength,and the corresponding ultimate bearing capacity of the perforated casing is obtained by iteration.The secondary development method determines the ultimate tensile force,ultimate pressure,ultimate bending moment of perforated casing and the ultimate bearing capacity under the combined action of multiple loads,which provides a powerful tool for the optimization of parameters such as material,geometric size and perforation layout.
