摘  要:留楚油田属于稠油开采油田,自1994年11月投产以来,集输工艺一直采用三管伴热流程。为了解决原油生产能耗高、自动化水平低、管理水平低和信息化程度低等问题,华北油田选择该油田作为试验区,开展了环状掺水集油工艺及智能控制技术研究。在简要介绍留楚油田现状的基础上,详细论述了留楚油田环状掺水集油工艺改造方案、环状掺水集油工艺参数的设计、掺水温度与掺水量设计计算、工艺参数优化设计计算、站内设备选型和数量计算等,最后简要介绍了留楚油田掺水集油工艺自动化系统设计与实施情况、掺水集油工艺及智能控制技术实施的经济、社会效益等。Liuchu Oilfield is a heavy oil oilfield.Since it was put into production in November 1994,three-pipe heat tracing process has been used in oil gathering and transportation process.In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption,low automation level,low management level and low informatization level in crude oil production,Huabei Oilfield chose Liuchu Oilfield as the test area,and carried out the research on the cyclic watering gathering process and intelligent control technology.Based on the brief introduction of the current situation of Liuchu Oilfield,the reform scheme,parameters design,design and calculation of watering temperature and watering volume,optimization design and calculation of process parameters,types selection and quantity calculation of devices in the station are detaiedly discussed.Finally,the design and implementation of the cyclic watering gathering process automatization system in Liuchu Oilfield,the economic and social benefits of the watering gathering process and intelligent control technology are introduced briefly.
