摘  要:长输管道在进行分段试压时,需要使用一个称之为试压头的重要部件。试压头焊口检测要求与主线路管道一致,即要求进行100%的射线检测。利用以往的检测经验,采用双壁单影检测技术对试压头进行检测需要经过一系列复杂的计算过程,效率相对较低。在大庆石化某项目长输管道试压头焊缝检测中,辅助采用了计算机软件AutoCAD对试压头、射线源焦点位置等进行1∶1比例绘图,确定了检测区角度和长度,并对中心有挡管等障碍物的试压封头焊口的射线检测工艺进行优化,由此提高了检测效率。The pressure test head is an important component of long-distance pipeline when it is used for sectional pressure test,the detection requirement of the pressure test head weld joint should be consistent with the that of the main pipeline,that is,100%radiographic testing is required.Based on the previous testing experience,as applying the the double wall single shadow detection technique to detect the pressure test head,a series of complicated calculations are needed,and the efficiency is relatively low.In the long-distance pipeline of a certain project of Daqing Petrochemical Company,the computer software AutoCAD was used to perform 1∶1 proportional drawings of the pressure test head and the focus position of the radiographic source,determined the angle and length of the detection area,and optimized the radiographic inspection process of the weld joint of the pressure test head with obstacles in the center,so as to improve the detection efficiency.
