扁桃体联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究扁桃体联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年10月医院收治的儿童分泌性中耳炎患儿108例,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例。对照组采取传统鼓膜切开置管术治疗,观察组采取扁桃体联合腺样体切除术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后的纯音听阈测定阈值结果。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组患儿的74.07%,有显著差异(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前纯音听阈测定阈值结果相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿纯音听阈测定阈值(20.48±4.25)dBHL,低于对照组患儿的(28.96±5.13)dBHL,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童分泌性中耳炎的治疗当中,采用扁桃体联合腺样体切除术的治疗方法,与常规方法相比,能够使治疗效果进一步提升,同时更显著的改善患儿听力水平,总体疗效更为理想。Objective:To study the effect of tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Methods:A total of 108 children with secretory otitis media admitted toa hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tympanostomy and tube placement,and the observation group was treated with tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy.The treatment effects and the threshold results of pure tone hearing threshold determination before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than the 74.07%of children in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the threshold results of pure tone hearing threshold determination between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the threshold result of pure tone hearing threshold determination of children in the observation group was(20.48±4.25)dBHL,which was lower than the(28.96±5.13)dBHL of children in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with secretory otitis media,the combined treatment of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy can further improve the treatment effect compared with conventional methods,and improve the hearing level of children more significantly at the same time,and the overall effect is more ideal.
