摘　　要：目的:探讨Ghrelin和Orexin-A与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素的关系及其应用价值。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年1月期间在某院进行治疗的PCOS患者50例作为本次研究对象,将体质指数(BMI)≥25kg/m^(2)作为肥胖组(n=20),<25 kg/m^(2)作为非肥胖组(n=30),另同期选入38例进行治疗的输卵管性不孕(月经周期正常)患者作为对照组。对比3组血清性激素水平、Ghrelin、Orexin-A水平,采用Person探究血清性激素水平与Ghrelin、Orexin-A的关系。结果:3组血清性激素水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且肥胖组及非肥胖组血清性激素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),肥胖组明显高于非肥胖组(P<0.05);3组Ghrelin、Orexin-A水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且肥胖组及非肥胖组Ghrelin、Orexin-A水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),肥胖组明显高于非肥胖组(P<0.05);Ghrelin、Orexin-A与血清性激素呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:PCOS患者机体内的Ghrelin和Orexin-A可反应其血清性激素水平,有临床治疗指导意义。Objective:To explore the relationship between Ghrelin,Orexin-A and sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and their application value.Methods:50 PCOS patients who were treated in a hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,the patients with body mass index(BMI)≥25kg/m^(2) were divided into obese group(n=20),and the patients with body mass index(BMI)<25kg/m^(2) were divided into non-obese group(n=30).In the same period,38 patients with tubal infertility(normal menstrual cycle)who were treated in a hospital were selected as the control group.The serum sex hormone,Ghrelin,and Orexin-A levels were compared among the three groups.The Person was used to explore the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and Ghrelin,Orexin-A.Results:The difference in serum sex hormone levels among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the serum sex hormone levels in the obese group and the non-obese group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the obese group was significantly higher than the non-obese group(P<0.05).The differences in the levels of Ghrelin and Orexin-A among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of Ghrelin and Orexin-A in the obese group and non-obese group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the obese group was significantly higher than the non-obese group(P<0.05).Ghrelin,Orexin-A and serum sex hormones were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ghrelin and Orexin-A in the body of PCOS patients can reflect their serum sex hormone levels,which has clinical treatment guidance significance.
