显微外科修复术联合闭合复位外固定支架固定术治疗四肢骨折合并血管损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析显微外科修复术联合闭合复位外固定支架固定术治疗四肢骨折合并血管损伤的疗效。方法:选取某院收治的94例四肢骨折合并血管损伤患者为治疗对象,根据患者使用的治疗方式进行分组,分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组使用显微外科修复术与可吸收螺钉治疗,观察组使用显微外科修复术联合闭合复位外固定支架固定术治疗,比较两组患者恢复状况、术后并发症和临床治疗总有效率。结果:两组患者各项恢复指标比较,观察组均优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,观察组(4.26%)低于对照组(17.02%),两组差异显著(P<0.05);两组临床治疗效果比较,观察组(95.74%)高于对照组(82.98%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用闭合复位外固定支架固定术与显微外科修复术,治疗四肢骨折和血管损伤,可促使患者快速恢复四肢功能,有效缓解疼痛程度,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of microsurgical repair combined with closed reduction and external fixation in the treatment of limb fractures with vascular injury.Methods:94 patients with limb fractures and vascular injuries admitted to a hospital were selected as treatment objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods used.The control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=47)were set up.The control group was given microsurgical repair and absorbable screw treatment,and the observation group was treated with microsurgical repair combined with closed reduction and external fixation.The recovery status,postoperative complications and total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the recovery indicators of the two groups of patients,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.26%)was lower than that in the control group(17.02%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The clinical treatment effect in the observation group(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(82.98%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of closed reduction and external fixation stent fixation and microsurgical repair in the treatment of limb fractures complicated with vascular injuries can promote patients to quickly restore limbs,effectively relieve pain,shorten hospitalization time,and reduce postoperative complications.
