摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)对患者炎症因子水平及肺功能的影响。方法:选取某院2018年12月~2020年12月收治的78例老年COPD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组加用异丙托溴铵治疗,比较两组炎症因子水平、肺功能指标和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FVC、FEV 1、FEV 1/FVC高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵可快速抑制老年COPD患者气道炎症反应,减轻炎性损伤,促进肺功能恢复,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)on the levels of inflammatory factors and lung function.Methods:A total of 78 elderly COPD patients admitted to a hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with inhalation of budesonide,and the observation group was treated with ipratropium bromide based on the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,lung function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide can quickly inhibit the airway inflammation in elderly patients with COPD,reduce inflammatory damage,and promote the recovery of lung function,with high safety.
