温阳耐饥膏配合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳耐饥膏配合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将某院2018年12月~2020年12月收治的150例肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为X组和X+W组各75例,X组实施单纯穴位埋线治疗,X+W组实施穴位埋线+温阳耐饥膏治疗,比较两组患者肥胖[体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)]控制效果和血清内分泌激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)]改善水平。结果:治疗后,X+W组患者BMI、WHR均小于X组(P<0.05),LH、T、LH/FSH均低于X组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规穴位埋线治疗的基础上联合应用温阳耐饥膏能有效提高肥胖型PCOS患者的肥胖控制效果和内分泌激素的调节水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Naiji ointment combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:150 patients with obese PCOS in a hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into group X(75 cases)and group X+W(75 cases),and they were given simple acupoint catgut embedding treatment and Wenyang Naiji ointment combined with acupoint catgut embedding,respectively.The control effect of obesity[body mass index(BMI)\\waist hip ratio(WHR)]and the improvement level of serum endocrine hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the BMI,WHR,LH,T and LH/FSH in group X+W were lower than those in Group X(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional acupoint catgut embedding therapy,the combined application of Wenyang naiji ointment can effectively improve the obesity control effect and endocrine hormone regulation level of obese PCOS patients.
