摘 要:目前高压输电线路所使用导线绝大部分为钢芯铝绞线。综合考虑土地规划、社会生活影响,以及经济核算等方面的因素,更换新型耐热导线逐步成为老旧线路解决供电高峰期电力传输瓶颈的首选产品。市场上的耐热导线种类较多,常用的有殷钢芯耐热铝合金导线、间隙型耐热铝合金导线、棒型碳纤维复合芯铝绞线、绞合碳纤维复合芯铝绞线、特强钢芯软铝绞线、铝基陶瓷纤维芯导线等。因此,建立耐热导线比选机制,是进行城郊老旧线路改造工程的重要内容。以三亚崖城至鸭仔塘220 kV改造线路工程为工程实例,首先,将市场各种常用的耐热导线参数进行了汇总,提出各种导线的优缺点;其次,对导线载流量、电阻损耗功率、机械特性、弧垂特性、导线拐点温度、一次性投资、电能损耗费用等参数进行了比较;再次,系统地论述了耐热导线的比选原则,也分析了各种耐热导线的施工和运行风险,评估出适合工程实际设计条件的耐热导线,为相关增容改造工程进行选用耐热导线提供了比选方法;最后,列举了各种耐热导线工程运行的风险点,对于耐热导线线路运行时可能无法及时发现的微小损坏等问题,提出了需根据年限更换相关附件。进行试验、储备备品备料等措施以解决线路运行隐患,为使用耐热导线的线路安全运行提供可靠保障。以实际工程应用场景为基础的耐热导线比选机制为相关工程的耐热导线选型提供了参考案例。At present,most of the conductors used in high voltage transmission lines are steel core aluminum strands.Considering the influence of land planning,social life and economic accounting,replacing new heat-re⁃sistant conductors has gradually become the preferred product for old lines to solve the power transmission bot⁃tleneck in the peak period of power supply.There are many kinds of heat-resistant wires in the market,includ⁃ing invar core heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire,gap type heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire,bar type car⁃bon fiber composite core aluminum strand,stranded carbon fiber composite core aluminum strand,extra strong steel core soft aluminum strand,aluminum based ceramic fiber core wire,etc.Therefore,the establishment of heat-resistant wire selection mechanism is an important part of the old suburban line reconstruction project.Taking the 220 kV reconstruction line project from Yacheng to Yazitang in Sanya as an example,firstly,the parameters of various commonly used heat-resistant conductors in the market are summarized,and the ad⁃vantages and disadvantages of various conductors are proposed.Secondly,the parameters such as current carry⁃ing capacity,resistance loss power,mechanical characteristics,sag characteristics,conductor inflection point tem⁃perature,one-time investment and power loss cost are compared.Thirdly,this paper systematically discusses the selection principles of heat-resistant conductors,analyzes the construction and operation risks of various heat-resistant conductors,and evaluates the heat-resistant conductors suitable for the actual design conditions of the project,which provides a selection method for the selection of heat-resistant conductors in relevant capacity-increasing reconstruction projects.Finally,the risk points of various heat-resistant conductor projects are listed.For the problems such as minor damage that may not be found in time during the operation of heat-resistant con⁃ductor lines,it is proposed that relevant accessories need to be replaced
