摘 要:目的分析2014-2019年永州市流感监测结果,为流感防控提供科学参考依据。方法通过中国流感监测信息系统、和突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统收集2014-2019年永州市哨点医院流感样病例,病原学结果及流感暴发疫情数据,利用SPSS 22.0软件进行χ^(2)检验。结果2014-2019年度永州市共采集流感样病例咽拭子13531份,检出流感病毒阳性925份(阳性率6.83%)。每年流感样病例的高峰为第46周至次年第24周,2017、2019年度高峰持续至第32周。主要流行毒株为甲型H1N1、甲型H3N2、乙型Yamagata、乙型Victoria。暴发疫情的报告单位以中小学校为主(92.5%),病原类型以甲型H3N2为主(61.25%)。结论2014-2019年永州市流感发病呈明显季节性,以冬、春季节发病率较高,2017年度、2019年度流感活跃程度高于既往监测水平,甲型、乙型流感病毒为主要毒株。Objective To analyze the influenza surveillance results in Yongzhou City from 2014 to2019 so as to provide scientific reference for influenza prevention and control.Methods Data from weekly monitoring of influenza-like illness(ILI),etiological results and influenza outbreaks in Yongzhou Sentry Hospital from 2014 to 2019 were collected through the Chinese Influenza surveillance information system and the Public health Emergency Management Information System.SPSS22.0 was used for chi-square tests.Results From 2014 to 2019,13531 cases of ILI reported in YongZhou city,and 925(6.83%)were laboratory-confirmed.Weeks of the year with higher incidence were from 46 th week to the 24 th week of the following year,and the peak in 2017 and2019 further lasts to the 32 nd week.The main epidemic strains were H1 N1,H3 N2,Yamagata and Victoria.Primary secondary schools andsecondary schools are high-risk places for outbreaks(92.50%),and the dominant isolated virus strains for the outbreaks were H3 N2(61.25%).Conclusion From 2014 to 2019,the incidence of influenza was seasonal in Yongzhou,with a high incidence in winter and spring.Influenza in 2017 and 2019 is more active than previous surveillance level,and Influenza A and B virus is the main strain.
