基于CNKI和万方文献数据库的我国疾病预防控制中心临床试验文献计量学及可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国疾病预防控制中心临床试验研究发展动态,为今后的研究提供参考依据。方法通过检索中国知网和万方全文数据库,回顾2002-2020年间我国疾病预防控制中心临床试验研究的文献,采用文献计量学和可视化方法对文献的发文量、期刊分布、作者、机构、地区、关键词等进行统计分析。结果纳入符合标准的文献401篇,发文量总体呈现缓慢增长的趋势;公开发表在184种期刊上,《中国疫苗和免疫》杂志载文量最多(45篇);中国疾病预防控制中心参与发文量最多,江苏、广西、浙江省内疾病预防控制中心发文排前3位;发文量最大的前3位作者是朱凤才、邵一鸣、李靖欣;研究热点以安全性、疫苗、免疫原性、艾滋病为主;近年以接种、新型冠状病毒为研究热点。结论我国疾控中心开展以疫苗研究为主的临床试验逐年增加,江苏、广西、浙江等省疾控中心已经走在了全国的前列,研究热点以不同时期疾病防控的重点和难点为方向。但是,少数省疾控中心开展临床试验,中国疾控中心与各地合作研究仍需进一步加强。Objective To understand the development of clinical trial research in China′s CDC,so that to provide reference for future research.Methods The data were searched and extracted from the databases such as CNKI,WANFANG.Research Papers on clinical trials from 2002 to 2020 were reviewed in the CDC.Bibliometric and visualization method was used to analyze the number of publications,journal categories,authors,Institutions,regions,key words,etc.Results Four hundred and one papers were selected according to the criteria.The number of published papers showed a trend of slow growth,and all the papers were published in 184 journals,the most of which were published by authors from China CDC.The CDCs in Jiangsu,Guangxi,Zhejiang provinceranked among the top three in terms of papers.The largest numbers of papers were published in Chinese Journal of Vaccine and Immunization(45 papers).The most collaborative authors were ZHU Fengcai,SHAO Yiming and LIJingxin.The research hotspots were safety,vaccine,immunogenicity and AIDS.In recent years,inoculation and novel coronavirus had become research hotspots.Conclusion The number of clinical trials conducted by CDC mainly on vaccine research has increased year by year in China.And the CDCs in Jiangsu,Guangxi,Zhejiang province have taken the lead in the country.The research focus is on the key points and difficulties of disease prevention and control in different periods.But clinical trials had not been carried out by a few provincial CDC,and research cooperation between China CDC and provincial CDC still needed to be strengthened.
