摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗接种是子宫颈癌防控的重要措施之一。通过综合考虑HPV疫苗接种的有效性、安全性、成本效益等多方面因素,专家强烈推荐青春前期(9~14岁)女性作为重点目标人群应优先接种HPV疫苗,提高重点目标人群HPV疫苗免疫覆盖率,以达到子宫颈癌一级预防策略的最佳效果。Human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination is one of the essential measures for cervical cancer prevention and control. By comprehensively analyzing the effectiveness,safety,cost-effectiveness and other factors of HPV vaccination,experts strongly recommend prepubertal girls(9~14 years old)as the primary target population,and HPV vaccines should be given priority to them. Improving the vaccination coverage among target populations can achieve the best effect of the primary prevention strategy of cervical cancer.
