摘 要:采用共沉淀高温烧结法制备了铈掺杂CoCuMnO_x功能粉体(Ce@CoCuMnO_(x)),并掺入自制硅改性聚氨酯黏结剂中,在马口铁表面喷涂了太阳能选择性吸收涂层。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、红外光谱仪和自制太阳光模拟装置表征了粉体的物相组成、表面形貌以及涂层的选择吸收性能。结果表明,Ce@CoCuMnO_(x)功能粉体的物相组成包括CoCuMnO_(x)、Co_(3)O_(4)和CeO_(2)。当Ce、Co、Cu、Mn物质的量比为1.5∶2.5∶1.0∶1.0,煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为4 h时,所制涂层的选择吸收性能最佳,太阳能吸收比(α_(s))为95.9%,发射率(ε_(T))为23.8%,品质因子(α_(s)/ε_(T))达到4.03。A functional Ce-doped CoCuMnO_(x)(Ce@CoCuMnO_(x))powder was prepared by coprecipitation and high-temperature sintering,and then mixed with a home-made silicone-modified polyurethane binder for spraying a solar-selective absorption coating on tinplate.The phase constitution and surface morphology of the functional powder and the selective absorption properties of the coating were characterized by using scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectrophotometer,infrared spectrometer,and home-made sunlight simulation device.The results showed that the Ce@CoCuMnO_(x)functional powder was composed of CoCuMnO_(x),Co_(3)O_(4),and CeO_(2).The coating obtained with the powder with a Ce:Co:Cu:Mn molar ratio of 1.5:2.5:1.0:1.0 calcined at 450℃for 4 hours had a solar absorptance(α_(s))95.9%,an emissivity(ε_(T))23.8%,and a figure of merit(α_(s)/ε_(T))4.03,showing the best selective absorption performance.
