摘  要:以钛酸丁酯、乙醇和二乙醇胺制备了溶胶,并通过提拉浸渍法在A3钢板上烧结成为TiO_(2)薄膜。较佳的制备工艺条件为:溶胶的pH为5.0,450℃下烧结2 h。通过活性艳红的光降解来考察TiO_(2)薄膜的光催化活性,采用中性盐雾试验和极化曲线测量来研究其耐蚀性。用硅烷膜打底可以提高TiO_(2)薄膜的耐蚀性,但会令其光催化性能稍有降低。A TiO_(2) film was prepared on A3 steel sheet by dip coating from a sol comprising butyl titanate,ethanol,and diethanolamine and sintering.The optimal preparation conditions are:sol pH 5.0,sintering temperature 450℃,and sintering time 2h.The photocatalytic activity of the TiO_(2) film was determined by studying the photodegradation of reactive brilliant red,and its corrosion resistance was examined by neutral salt spray testing and polarization curve measurement.A silane bottom layer improved the corrosion resistance of TiO_(2) film,but brought a slightly negative effect on its photocatalytic activity.
