摘 要:通过扫描电镜、金相显微镜、能谱仪等表征以及耐磨、耐热性能测试对比,发现IPN8710互穿聚合物网络涂层和FBE(熔结环氧粉末)涂层都与钢管基材结合紧密,前者的附着力为12 MPa,后者的附着力高达22 MPa。另外,FBE涂层的耐磨性是IPN8710涂层的8倍左右。但是,IPN8710涂层呈弹性,抗变形能力比FBE涂层强,也比FBE涂层更加光滑平整,水流阻力更小。FBE涂层内部存在缩孔和气泡,其长期抗水渗透性不及IPN8710涂层。热分析结果表明,IPN8710和FBE涂层的玻璃化转变温度分别为136.58℃和168.99℃,输水时都具有优异的热稳定性。The IPN8710 interpenetrating polymer network coating and the FBE(fusion-bonded epoxy)coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,metallography,and energy-dispersive spectroscopy and their wear and thermal resistance were tested.The was found that both coatings were well-adhered to the steel pipeline substrate.The adhesion strength was 12 MPa for IPN8710 coating and 22 MPa for FBE coating.The wear resistance of FBE coating was about 8 times that of IPN8710 coating.However,the IPN8710 coating is elastic,and its deformation resistance is stronger than that of FBE coating.The IPN8710 coating has a smoother surface than the FBE coating,showing smaller flow resistance.There are shrinkage cavities and bubbles in FBE coating,which results in its poorer long-term water penetration resistance than IPN8710 coating.The results of thermal analysis showed that the glass transition temperature of IPN8710 and FBE coatings are 136.58℃ and 168.99℃ respectively,indicating that both of them have excellent thermal stability in water transportation.
