摘 要:随着动力和传动系统的旋转部件向高速、低摩擦、轻量化方向发展,高速球轴承的打滑问题越来越引起人们的重视。打滑引起摩擦发热和磨损,将会导致轴承损伤而出现过早失效。系统梳理了球轴承打滑理论、机理、试验研究进展、影响因素和防止打滑的轴承预紧力的确定,指出了目前研究中对于润滑剂黏滞阻力的影响,联合载荷下球与沟道的冲击滑动,时变工况的打滑测量等研究的不足,今后的研究方向应聚焦于考虑实际润滑和特殊工况的打滑机理和试验研究,以及与轴承工况结合的预紧力优化。With the development of rotating parts for power and transmission system towards high speed,low friction and light weight,the skidding of high-speed ball bearings has attracted more and more attention.Frictional heating and wear caused by skidding will lead to bearing damage and premature failure.The progress on theory,mechanism,experimental research for skidding of ball bearings,influencing factors of skidding and determination of preload to prevent skidding of the bearings are summarized systematically.The deficiencies of current research on influence of viscous resistance of lubricant,impact skidding of ball and raceway under combined load and skidding measurement under time-varying conditions are summarized.The future research direction should focus on skidding mechanism and experimental study considering actual lubrication and special operating conditions,as well as optimization of preload combined with operating conditions of the bearings.
