摘  要:针对磁悬浮轴承材料磁饱和导致其承载力受限,保护轴承引起轴向尺寸偏大,箔片轴承在高速下具有高精度但承载力小且起飞前箔片与轴颈的摩擦问题,开展磁气混合轴承的布置形式、载荷分配及支承特性研究,讨论磁气混合轴承的结构形式和分类,建立磁悬浮轴承和箔片轴承承载力的表达式,推导磁气混合轴承的支承数学模型;利用Simulink软件建立控制仿真模型,研究磁气混合轴承的控制电流、承载力等参数与偏心率的关系,搭建磁气混合轴承的试验平台并进行了相关理论验证。研究结果表明:箔片轴承可分担磁悬浮轴承的载荷,有效降低电流。The magnetic saturation of magnetic bearing material leads to limited load capacity,and the axial dimension of protective bearing is too large;the foil bearing has high precision under high speed,but the load capacity is small,and there is friction between foil and journal before take-off.Aimed at the above problems,the layout,load distribution and supporting characteristics of hybrid magnetic-foil bearing are studied,the structure and classification of hybrid magnetic-foil bearing are discussed,the expressions of supporting force of magnetic bearing and foil bearing are established,and the supporting mathematical model of hybrid magnetic-foil bearing is derived;the control simulation model is established by using Simulink software.The relationship is studied between control current,supporting force and eccentricity of hybrid magnetic-foil bearing.The experimental platform of hybrid magnetic-foil bearing is built,and the relevant theoretical verification is carried out.The results show that the foil bearing can share load of magnetic bearing and reduce current effectively.
