社区老年人心理健康服务需求现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区老年人的心理健康服务需求现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,对苏州市6个区478名社区老年人进行调查。结果:调查对象心理健康服务需求总分为(86.17±14.51)分,总均分为(3.75±0.63)分,其中心理健康交流活动维度得分最高[(4.02±0.71)分],其次是心理健康知识讲座[(3.77±0.73)分],心理咨询和疏导服务维度的得分最低[(3.49±0.80)分]。多元线性回归分析显示,社区老年人的年龄、户口、身体状况和对心理健康重视程度是影响其心理健康服务需求的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论:社区老年人对心理健康服务需求总体较高,建议根据本地实际资源,针对性开展心理健康知识教育,提升老年人的心理健康意识,探寻多层次、多途径和针对性的心理健康服务模式,以提高社区老年人心理健康水平。Objective:To explore the current situation of mental health service demand of the elderly in community,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 478 community elderly in 6 districts of Suzhou city.Results:The total scores of Mental Health Service demand were(86.17±14.51),and the total average scores were(3.75±0.63).The highest scores were(4.02±0.71),the second were(3.77±0.73),among them the mental health exchange activity dimensional scores were the highest(4.00±0.71),followed by mental health knowledge lectures(3.77±0.73).The psychological counseling and counseling service scores were the lowest(3.49±0.80).Multiple regression analysis showed that age,household registration,physical status and emphasis on mental health were the main factors affecting the demand for mental health services(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a high demand for mental health services among the elderly in community.It is suggested to carry out mental health education according to the local actual resources to enhance the elderly′s mental health awareness,explore a multi-level,multi-approach and targeted mental health service model in order to improve the mental health level among the elderly in community.
