基于RCM的SDH传输设备高温预警系统设计

摘  要:SDH传输设备内部出现故障,会导致故障元件的电阻迅速升高,同时消耗的功率也会随之增加,导致SDH传输设备表面的温度骤增。文章以提升高温预警系统的预警精度为目的,利用RCM以SDH传输设备为研究对象,从硬件和软件两个方面实现高温预警系统的优化设计。硬件方面主要是改装处理器、温度传感器以及预警装置,并对系统电路进行调整。软件方面利用RCM判断SDH传输设备的工作状态,并利用设备实时采集温度数据。通过与设置的高温预警门限值比对,启动相应的预警程序,实现系统的高温预警功能。实验结果表明,与传统预警系统相比,设计系统的漏报率降低8.05%、错报率降低7.9%。The internal failure of SDH transmission equipment leads to a rapid increase of resistance of the fault components.Meanwhile,the consumed power also can be increased accordingly,thereby resulting in a sudden increase of temperature on the surface of SDH transmission equipment.RCM is utilized to realize the optimization design of high temperature early warning system from two aspects of hardware and software with SDH transmission equipment as the research object in order to improve the early warning precision of the high temperature early warning system in the paper.The hardware aspect mainly modifies the processor,temperature sensor and early warning device,and adjusts the system circuit.In the software aspect,RCM is utilized to judge the working state of the SDH transmission equipment,and the equipment is utilized to collect real-time temperature data.The corresponding early warning program is started to realize the high temperature warning function of the system by comparing with the set high temperature warning threshold.The experimental results show that the miss rate of the designed system is reduced by 8.05%and the error rate is reduced by 7.9%compared with the traditional warning system.
