摘  要:济南市CBD预留轨道交通工程,为克服盾构侧穿历下广场站地下空间开发结构时遇到的浅埋、侧穿地下承重桩基距离较近等施工难题,确保地下承重桩沉降、位移在规范要求之内,通过分析区间的地质特性和施工工况,采取了钻孔灌注隔离桩保护承重桩、高压旋喷预加固地层、盾构掘进施工技术控制、沉降控制等施工方案。监测结果表明,采取以上措施后,盾构顺利侧穿地下构筑物桩基,并且各相关检测项目都符合相关设计要求。A rail transit project is reserved in Jinan CBD.The construction schemes of drilling and grouting isolation piles to protect the bearing piles,implementing high-pressure rotary jet grouting forstratum pre-reinforcement,shield tunneling construction technology control,settlement control,etc.are adopted through the analysis on the geological characteristics and construction conditions of the interval in order to overcome the following construction problems encountered during shield tunneling passing through underground space development structure of Lixia Square Station,such as shallow burial and close distance of laterally penetrating underground bearing pile foundation,etc.,and ensure that the settlement and displacement of underground bearing piles are within the requirements of the specification.The monitoring results show that the shield penetrates through the pile foundation of the underground structure successfully after the above measures are taken,and all the relevant testing items meet the relevant design requirements.
