摘 要:研究目的:随着"一带一路"倡议不断推进,中国铁路载着"中国标准"走出国门,而东南亚、美洲等国沿用美国标准,并根据当地特点提出不同的地震动参数,致使铁路工程在抗震设计方面存在差别。本文以中美两国现行的抗震设计规范为研究对象,基于地震危险性特征推导出中美地震动参数转换公式,并应用于巴拿马铁路工程,为境外项目抗震设计参数选取提供理论依据。研究结论:(1)国标采用三水准设防目标,以Ⅱ类场地,50年超越概率10%的地震作用作为基准设防地震;美标采用单一抗震设防目标,以B类场地,50年超越概率2%的最大考虑地震为基准进行折减作为设计地震参数;(2)经统一化处理后,中国标准的Ⅰ_(0)、Ⅱ场地分别对应美国标准B、C类场地,并建立了由S_(S)、S_(1)、A_(cc)、T_(g)组成的4参数中美地震动参数转换公式;(3)经转换后国标下的巴拿马地震动峰值加速度与GFZ数据分布规律一致,但欧洲规范未考虑断裂对地震动峰值加速度的影响,导致巴拿马运河断裂附近取值较小且划分较为粗略;(4)本研究成果可应用于中国标准下境外铁路项目的抗震设计。Research purposes:With the continuous advancement of the"the Belt and Road"construction,China Railway carries the"Chinese standard"to go abroad.However,the American and Southeast Asian countries use the American standards,and put forward different ground motion parameters according to local characteristics,resulting in differences in the seismic design of railway engineering.In this paper,based on the current seismic design codes of China and the United States,the conversion formula of ground motion parameters in China and the United States is deduced based on the characteristics of seismic hazard,and it is applied to the Panama railway project,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of seismic design parameters for overseas projects.Research conclusions:(1)China adopts the three level fortification target,taking the earthquake action of classⅡsite with a 50 year probability of exceedance of 10%as the base for earthquake fortification;the United States adopts the single seismic fortification target,taking the maximum earthquake of class B site with a 50 year probability of exceedance of 2%as the base for reduction as the design earthquake parameter.(2)After unified treatment,site I_(0) and siteⅡof Chinese standard correspond to site B and site C of American standard respectively,and the conversion formula of ground motion parameters between China and America composed of four parameters S_(S),S_(1),A_(cc) and T_(g) is established.(3)After the transformation,the distribution law of the peak ground motion acceleration of Panama under the Chinese code is consistent with that of GFZ data,but the European code does not consider the influence of the fault on the peak ground motion acceleration,resulting in a smaller value and rough division near the Panama Canal fault.(4)The research results can be applied to the seismic design of overseas railway projects under Chinese standards.
