摘　　要：本文对冷冻冷藏陈列柜性能试验装置的原理及温度测量系统作简单陈述,对其温度测量不确定性作出浅要分析,对热电偶、铂电阻在试验装置的使用提出相关优化建议。In this paper,the principle of the performance test device for refrigerated and refrigerated display cabinets and the temperature measurement system are briefly stated.Also,the uncertainty of temperature measurement is analyzed briefly.Last but not least,relevant optimization suggestions for the use of thermocouples and platinum resistors in the test device are proposed.
