摘 要:根据已有的智慧电网成熟度的等级划分,从技术、功能、社会三个层面建立成熟度评价体系,旨在建立一种简单直观、全面有效的智慧电网成熟度评估方法。为此,在原有的文献计量法的基础上,加入主成分分析思想,在技术、功能和社会三个层面里筛选出具有代表意义的方面进行分析,较为准确地分析出当前智慧电网技术的成熟度仍旧处于成长期,并指出未来智慧电网发展应当更加注重各项技术均衡发展。Based on the existing grade classification of smart grid maturity, this paper established a maturity evaluation system from three aspects of technology, function and society, aiming at establishing a simple but effective evaluation method of smart grid maturity. On the basis of the original literature measurement, the principal component analysis of ideas was joined, representative aspects from three directions mentioned above were selected to analyze, the result is that smart grid technology was still in its growth maturity, and it was pointed out that the future smart grid development should pay more attention on the balanced development of the technology.
